I am blown away. I discovered this shop in the process of learning what tufting was. I love my dog, and the price was great so I decided to go for it. I sent a picture and within a day they sent back a design. they were super responsive to my requests and we got the design just right. Shipping was fast and I can’t believe how good it came out. The rug is thick and soft, the work is detailed and professional and now every time I walk by it I stop to admire. Can’t recommend this shop enough.
